Resale Properties/Plots.
Although we are a 'Design & Build' company, a large
proportion of our business is New Builds. We also offer a selection of sensibly
priced plots and good quality resale's are usually available. These are not usually
advertised by the mass market resellers. We are however, able to arrange the usual
urbanization inspections, if required.
Fincas (Farmhouses).
Rural land + old buildings, for renovation or rebuilding, are available
North & South of Alicante, Almeria and the Costa Del Sol, with prices currently
starting from £40,000.

Rental Accommodation for Inspection Trips.
Apartments/villas, are available throughout the year, in most of the
areas that we cover and for any period. It is usually simpler nowadays, for you to
make your own flight arrangements. We can either, meet you at the airport and escort
you to view the plots/properties or, help with car hire arrangements.
Finance.
This can usually be arranged in Spain at current interest rates, via
the Banco de Valencia; over approximately 15 years. If a resident of Spain, a longer
period may be available.
N.B. Spanish banks and institutions invariably require security in the
form of employment or, the opening of an account.
Investment and Selling On.
The above financial terms would apply and 10% to 15% appreciation per
annum, could be anticipated with completion 4 to 6 months from the date of receipt of the
building licence and commencement of construction.
The bank would expect the freehold plot to be purchased and also the
licence and architects project to be prepared.
Advances would be made in stages as the work progresses. We would
offer the property for sale immediately the construction begins and normally we would
expect to sell before construction is completed i.e. within 6 months of start of build.
Though profit would be calculated on the total cost, it is only
necessary to build the 'shell' of the villa; leaving the eventual buyer to choose the type
of tiles, decor, kitchen and most final details in general. The 'shell' construction would
be approximately 65% of the quoted cost.
