Our own villas are priced from £40,000 excluding plot.  Plots are also available from £35,000. As a general point, we do not produce a brochure of properties, because being a Design & Build company, our villas can be as individual as you wish.  You can have single story, or 2 stories; an extra room instead of a 2nd bathroom; a rooftop solarium, or not; a patio, extra garden area, or garage etc.  As you can see, 2 villas costing the same, can look vastly different.  By discussing your individual requirements with you,  we can give you a very good idea of what you can expect for your money prior to your inspection trip, either by description,  or with photographs of past builds similar to your stated  requirements. Blanca Villas is able to offer a very extensive portfolio of Properties & Plots, and our links, Alicante North and Alicante South, lists just a small selection, as a guide only to prices in some of the different areas of the Costa Blanca. We have reintroduced the Costa Del Sol, into our coverage, along with Almeria, as these areas are currently priced lower than the Costa Blanca.  We represent some plots & properties in these areas and a new development, which is under construction, east of Malaga.  This will also have a Golf Course designed by Christy O'Connor Jnr. and is situated between the sea and mountains, with views of Lake Vinuela and the majestic peak of La Maroma.
